International commercial agency for Spanish cheese and charcuterie
IBEREX is an international commercial agency based in Spain. We represent selected Spanish cheesemakers and meat producers in international markets and act as a single point of contact for importers, distributors, wholesalers and retail chains that want to buy Spanish cheese and charcuterie directly from origin.
Our work has two sides. For producers, we identify business opportunities, open new sales channels and manage the commercial relationship with foreign buyers. For buyers, we select reliable suppliers, negotiate on their behalf, control quality and coordinate documentation and logistics so that each shipment arrives on time and fully compliant with the rules of the destination country.
What we do
- Sourcing and representation: a curated range of PDO and PGI cheeses, sheep's, goat's and blended cheeses, Serrano and Iberian hams, cured sausages, cooked meats and a turkey and chicken range.
- Commercial development: market prospecting, buyer qualification, pricing and negotiation in the buyer's language.
- Quality control: we work only with producers that meet European food-safety standards and hold the certifications each market requires.
- Documentation and logistics: veterinary and health certificates, certificates of origin, halal documentation where applicable, Incoterms EXW to DAP, refrigerated road and sea transport.
- Private label and custom formats: cuts, weights, pack sizes and multilingual labelling adapted to each channel.
