Refrigerated transport, export documentation and Incoterms
Efficient logistics turn a good product into a successful export. IBEREX coordinates transport, documentation and customs for every operation, from a single pallet to full-container loads, so that buyers receive their goods on time and in perfect condition.
Transport
- Road transport in refrigerated trucks for European destinations, with groupage or full-truck options.
- Sea transport in refrigerated (reefer) or frozen containers for Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
- Cold chain control from the producer's warehouse to the port or delivery point, with temperature records available on request.
Incoterms we work with
- EXW (Ex Works): the buyer collects at the producer's premises and handles all transport.
- FCA (Free Carrier): we deliver the export-cleared goods to the carrier nominated by the buyer.
- FOB (Free On Board): we deliver the goods on board the vessel at the Spanish port of departure.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): we arrange and pay sea freight and insurance to the destination port.
- DAP (Delivered at Place): we deliver to the agreed place in the destination country, ready for import clearance.
Documentation and customs
We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the official veterinary or health certificate, and we coordinate any additional requirement of the destination country, such as halal certification or pre-shipment inspection. Our team follows the shipment until the goods are delivered.
