IBEREX works with a network of carefully selected Spanish producers and manufacturers of cheese and charcuterie. If you make a quality product and want to sell it outside Spain without building your own export department, we act as your international commercial agency.

- Commercial representation: we present your range in the buyer's language, negotiate prices and terms, and manage the relationship over time.
- Market adaptation: guidance on formats, labelling, certifications and documentation required by each destination, from EU retail chains to halal markets in the Gulf.
- Export coordination: we organise documentation, Incoterms, refrigerated transport and follow-up until delivery.
Who we work with
- Cheesemakers and dairies: PDO and PGI cheeses, sheep's, goat's, cow's and blended cheeses, fresh and processed cheeses.
- Meat industries, slaughterhouses and cutting plants: Serrano and Iberian hams, cured sausages, cooked hams and cold cuts.
- Poultry processors with turkey and chicken cold cuts, particularly those with halal certification.
- Agricultural cooperatives and specialised food companies with export-ready products.
What we look for
Production experience, export capacity and supply stability, full traceability, European food-safety certifications (HACCP, ISO, IFS or BRC depending on the product) and the flexibility to adapt formats and labelling to international markets.
