IBEREX supplies a range of Spanish poultry charcuterie designed for markets where pork is not permitted or where buyers require halal products: the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Morocco, Algeria and Senegal, as well as halal retailers and foodservice operators in Europe.
The range
- Turkey breast (Pechuga de Pavo): whole 4 kg pieces, sliced 100 g and 200 g packs, stackable 150 g.
- Chicken breast (Pechuga de Pollo): whole 4 kg pieces.
- Turkey ham (Jamón de Pavo): 3 kg pieces for slicing.
- Turkey chorizo and turkey salchichón, including payés style: sliced 100 g packs.
- Turkey bacon, sliced 100 g, and smoked moulded turkey bacon in 3 kg pieces.
- Turkey chopped and turkey galantine in 3 kg pieces and sliced 150 g packs.
- Chicken mortadella with olives and peppers, 3 kg pieces.
Halal certification
Halal certification is issued by the producer through recognised certification bodies and is available on request for the poultry range. When you request a quote, tell us the certifying bodies accepted in your country and we will confirm which references can be supplied with the corresponding certificate. Pork products are never mixed with halal orders and are supplied only to markets where they are permitted.
Documentation for Gulf and North African markets
Shipments to the Middle East and North Africa travel with the official Spanish veterinary certificate, certificate of origin, halal certificate where applicable, and labelling in Arabic or French as required. We check the import requirements of each country before the goods leave Spain.
Logistics
