Under an unbroken cold chain: refrigerated trucks for European destinations and refrigerated or frozen containers for sea freight, with temperature control and documentation managed from the producer to the port or warehouse of destination.

Our poultry range (turkey and chicken breast, turkey ham, turkey chorizo and salchichón, chicken mortadella) can be supplied with halal certification from the producer on request. Pork products are supplied only to markets where they are permitted.
