Our poultry range brings Spanish charcuterie know-how to turkey and chicken: cooked breasts and hams, cured-style sausages, bacon, chopped and galantine. It serves two needs at once: the growing demand for lighter, lower-fat cold cuts in European retail, and the requirements of halal markets in the Middle East and North Africa, where pork products are not permitted. Halal certification from the producer is available on request.
